Fan Spotlight
The best way to understand Feid dorm room decor is to look at real rooms. These three fans show how the same products can adapt to different spaces and needs.
The Canvas Collector
Camila, a sophomore in Miami, hung her Ferxxocalipsis Canvas above a white IKEA desk. The canvas is 24 x 36 inches, which makes it the right scale for a dorm wall without taking up floor space. "It's the first thing I see when I wake up," she told me. "The matte finish means I don't have to worry about glare from my LED strip."
Camila's setup works because she let the canvas set the color palette - muted reds and deep blues - and then kept everything else neutral. The bedspread is white. The chair is black. The canvas does the talking.
The Blanket Bunch
Diego, a first-year in Austin, bought the Mor No Le Temas Throw Blanket for all-night study sessions. At 50 x 60 inches, it covers his lap while he works and folds neatly over the foot of the bed during the day. "It feels like wearing a playlist," he said. "The pattern is dark enough to hide ramen stains, which is a real plus."
Diego's approach is practical and personal. He doesn't hang anything on the walls yet, so the blanket gives his room the only hit of Ferxxo energy. He pairs it with a plain gray sheet set, which lets the print lead.
The Desk Setup
Priya, a junior in New York, brought the Ferxxo 100 Desk Mat into a 6 x 8 foot dorm. She uses it as a mousepad, a writing surface, and a place to pin reminder notes. "It makes me feel like I'm in the booth," she said. "And it stops my desk from getting destroyed."
Priya's favorite detail is the texture. The mat has a smooth fabric top that doesn't slide around, and it's 3 mm thick, so it rolls up for trips home. She keeps her setup minimal: desk mat, laptop, and a small Ferxxo magnet on the file cabinet.
What these setups have in common:
- Start with one piece that anchors the room
- Match the merch palette to your bedding, not the other way around
- Use functional pieces that double as decor
